Vaaimai starring Shanthanu and MukthaBanu in lead roles is all set to hit the big screens this Thursday. Vaaimai also has an ensemble cast including so many veterans including the legendary Goundamani, Urvashi, Ramki, Thiyagarajan, PoornimaBakiyaraj and many. This is also the first time the real son and mom, Shanthanu and PoornimaBakiyaraj are playing the same on screen too. Upcoming musician Augath has scored the music for this movie. The trailer of Vaaimai released long back and has garnered very good response and expectation among the audience. Touted to be a crime thriller, Vaaimai has all needed aspects for Shanthanu to add a success feather to his cap. This movie is bankrolled by Open Theatre and Min Max movies and is directed by SenthilKumar.
