Anal Arasu (born as C. M. Arasakkumar) is an Indian fight master/action choreographer, who works in the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi film industries. He started his career as an extra fighter and assistant to stunt masters including Kanal Kannan, Stunt Siva and Peter Hein. His work has received critical acclaim and that he turned one of the notable stunt choreographers in town.
C. M. Arasu, his father has influenced Anal Arasu a lot. C.M.Arasu had done several movies in the 1980s. Anal Arasu stated that he always wanted to be an “action man”. His first film wherein he has choreographed the stunts was Chathrapathy. He then collaborated with director Prabhu Deva for the action films Vedi (2011) starring Vishal in the lead and the bollywood superhit Rowdy Rathore (2012). He worked with ARMurugadoss for the blockbuster Kaththi (2014) starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay and with director Shankar for I (2015).
